Welcome to our brand new website and our very first blog!

We’re really excited that the Looe Marine Conservation Group’s new website has gone ‘live’ today 22nd January so please share it!

We want you to discover, explore and learn more about Looe’s amazing marine life and habitats, so make us one of your favourites! You can keep an eye on our calendar of events, dip into our photo galleries on cold winter nights and start planning your voyage of discovery on Looe’s seashore by visiting our Things to Do section. All our project events will be free and open to everyone.

Looe’s Inspiring Seashore project is great news for Looe as it will give many more people the chance to meet our extraordinary marine wildlife and to help us look after it for future generations. As well as a new website, the project, funded by the East Cornwall Local Action Group, has given us volunteer training and loads of equipment to run fun, free activities. A marine walking trail leaflet of Looe and a guide to Looe’s Wildlife will be available shortly.

We’re always keen to welcome new volunteers so if you’re interested in the work we do or have photos of Looe’s wildlife that you’d like to share with us, get in touch!. We’d love to hear from you.
