Saturday 17th February. 12.30pm – 1.30pm. Hannafore, West Looe.
Meet below the Coastguard Station at Hannafore, West Looe – look for the Looe Marine Conservation Group sailflags!
Even in February there is an amazing variety of seaweeds and creatures to be found in Looe’s beautiful rock pools. If you know where to look you’ll be surprised at the wildlife you can find and you never know what may have been washed into the rock pools during a winter storm! Last year we were surprised with an abundance of beautiful starfish.
Come and discover the extraordinary winter rock pool residents and brighten up your February with an inspiring and invigorating rock pool ramble. Remember to wrap up warm.
A free event suitable for all ages. There’s no need to book.
